Significant Invasive Eurasian Milfoil was identified that can result in dangerous and undesirable swim conditions from entanglement, as well as boat management difficulty.

Meydenbauer Bay is a high traffic inlet. Summer boat traffic and invasive species blooms will impact water recreation activities.

A City of Bellevue sewage runoff point is almost directly across the bay of this home.
